Find something you want to hear again

Discover is Hearhood's page for shared songs made by members. You can browse it without signing in. A free account is needed for actions such as saving a song to a collection or joining the conversation. This is a community of editable song ideas, not a licensed commercial streaming catalogue.

Discover with New, Hot this week, Most played, Starters and Challenge of the week, and no shared songs.
Current empty Discover view. Play all is a browsing control; no listening activity or payouts are implied.Open the screenshot to see it at full size.

Start with one view

Open Community and choose Discover. New, Hot this week and Most played offer different ways into the shared songs. A popular position is an activity signal, not a review score, a royalty statement or proof of unique listeners. Use the genre choices to narrow a busy list, then return to All genres to broaden it.

If the page says there are no songs yet, there is nothing you need to fix. Try another view or return later. An empty list does not mean that your own local songs were deleted.

Try Play all, then decide what interests you

Play all moves through the current list. Next moves on; Stop ends that sequence. The current implementation gives each song a 75-second slot. It is a browsing tool, so do not assume it plays every long arrangement from beginning to end or keeps playing after you leave the page.

To study one idea, stop the sequence and use that song's card. A playable Produce link carries supported notes and settings. It does not carry recorded takes. The sharing guide explains what opening an editable copy means.

Give yourself a small listening task

Pick one song and notice one detail: when the bass arrives, how the drums change, or where the melody repeats. Write a sentence about that detail before pressing Next. You do not need to judge whether the whole song is good.

Will listening pay the artist?

Hearhood does not currently provide artist payouts. Listening, saving and remix counts describe activity. They do not establish payment, rights clearance or a commercial release. If you want to support someone here, useful feedback and respectful credit are practical starting points.
