How to reach us
- Questions, problems, feedback: the Feedback button in the app (it reaches the operator, who can reply inside the app), or info@hearhood.com.
- Privacy requests (access, export, correction, deletion, objection, marketing withdrawal): info@hearhood.com. You can also export and delete your account yourself under Account settings, reached from the account menu on the site or in the app.
- Reports of illegal content, rights problems and review requests: Feedback with the category "Report content or a problem", or info@hearhood.com.
We aim to acknowledge a message within two business days and to answer within fourteen days, or explain the delay. Privacy requests are answered within one month.
The beta in one paragraph
This is a free beta of creative tools for people aged 18 or older, in English. There is nothing to buy. Songs and recordings save locally. Signed-in account sync also keeps supported editable work without recorded takes or DJ audio files. Accounts, community posts and messages, Produce song links, course delivery, AI and Feedback use the Hearhood server as described in the Privacy notice. Short-course progress stays in this browser. The Terms, the Privacy notice, the Cookies and device storage page and the Community and copyright policy are linked from the footer of the app and from the sign-up form, and each can be downloaded.
