Get back into your Hearhood account
If you cannot remember a Hearhood member password, use the supported email sign-in flow rather than creating a second account immediately. A new account is not a recovery copy of the first one's profile, shared songs or synced work.

Use the address connected to the account
Open the public Sign in form and enter your email address. Choose Forgot password?. The page confirms that a sign-in link will be sent if that address has an account. That wording does not confirm whether someone else's email is registered.
The current recovery link works once and lasts 15 minutes. This differs from a new-account confirmation link, which has a different purpose and expiry. Open the newest appropriate email on the device where you want to sign in.
Check the email carefully
Check the address you typed and your spam folder before requesting several links. A used or expired link cannot be reused. If you request a fresh one, use the fresh email rather than an older message left open in a tab.
If the page says sign-in emails are unavailable, wait or use the published contact route. Do not send passwords, account keys or the private link in a public community post.
Choose the sign-in method you started with
If you created the account with Google, the supported Google sign-in option may be the simplest route when it is offered. A Google-created account may not have a separate Hearhood password until you set one.
After signing in, find Account settings and the supported password control. Enter a new password yourself and keep it private. This guide does not ask you to disclose one to another person or to an assistant.
Check the account, then your work
Confirm the expected display name and profile. Song sync and local browser storage are separate: signing into the right account cannot restore recorded takes or DJ audio files that were never uploaded. Preserve any local editable backup before clearing browser data.
This is member-account guidance. The owner panel's password, authenticator and authorised team access have separate controls; a public member recovery link is not an owner access method. Account and community explains the ordinary account features.
