Know where an event link takes you
An event listing, a ticket seller and a resale search are different things. Hearhood can help you find a reference to an event, but the linked provider is responsible for its own listing, price, availability and purchase process.
An event card is information
Read the source label, venue, date and location. Open the source to check the latest details. A past listing or a sold-out event can still be useful information, but it is not an offer of an available ticket.
Saving an event does not buy a ticket. Following an artist does not reserve entry. Check the event’s own rules before travelling, including any age restriction.
A ticket link opens another provider

When you choose an external ticket link, check the destination’s name and event details before continuing there. Read its price, fees, entry conditions, refund terms and accessibility information on that provider’s site. Do not assume Hearhood has processed a payment because you opened the link.
A resale link may only be a search
Where enabled for a supported country, the TicketSwap link is an outbound search using the event’s title and city. It is not a live inventory feed inside Hearhood. Search results can include similar names, other dates or no tickets at all. Match the date, venue and location yourself.
A visible resale link is not a promise that a ticket exists or that a particular price is available. Treat the result as a new search to verify.
Recognise promotional placements
The prepared Events placements distinguish Hearhood’s own cards from sponsored cards with labels such as “From Hearhood” and “Sponsored” with the sponsor’s name. A sponsored placement should not be mistaken for an independent recommendation or evidence of ticket availability.
If a destination looks wrong, stop before entering personal or payment information and use the site’s feedback route to report the confusing listing. Do not send passwords or payment details in feedback.
Quick answers
Does Hearhood sell the ticket when I click? An external link takes you to the named provider; opening it is not a purchase.
Does a resale link show confirmed stock? The described TicketSwap integration opens a search, not an inventory guarantee.
Does a sponsor label mean an event is recommended for children? No. Check suitability and entry rules separately with an adult and the organiser.
