Your music and your information
Hearhood is run by Scopra. Contact us at info@hearhood.com.
Your parent helps set up your account. Use a nickname where offered. Your public page, messages, unrestricted posting, uploads, ticket links and AI start off. Your parent manages permissions and sees family activity and approvals.
Short-course practice words and progress stay in this browser. We receive a request when you load a lesson. Optional analytics uses the choice saved on this device; ask your parent to help review it on a shared browser.
Studio recordings stay on your device unless you choose a separate audio export or upload feature. If your account can upload recordings, your parent approves them before they appear. You never need to share music publicly just to complete a starter lesson.
Do not share passwords, your address or your school details in a lesson. If someone makes you uncomfortable, tell a trusted adult and use Feedback to report it.
You or your parent can ask about your information, correct it or request deletion. Your parent can close the account. Some consent evidence may be kept for permission records, disputes or legal duties. Browser practice data needs to be cleared separately on each device.
Under-13 accounts are not available in this release. A course’s age label does not change that.
