Parent or guardian agreement
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the young person named in this setup and have authority to act for them. I have read Hearhood’s Terms and Privacy notice and agree to the Terms on their behalf.
I ask Hearhood to create a supervised account where the age and country rules permit it. I understand that it starts private, with messages, public visibility, unrestricted posting, uploads, ticket links and AI off. I can manage the available permissions and approvals, or close the account, from the family page.
Hearhood records this declaration, its version and time, my typed name and source network address. Limited consent evidence is retained only as reasonably needed for permission records, disputes or legal duties, as explained in the Privacy notice. Optional analytics, marketing and feature-specific consent remain separate.
I or the young person may contact info@hearhood.com about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. Closing the account does not erase browser data on every device.
